Take one small section (1-25 lines) of Lorca’s play, and analyze its meaning and importance in the context of the play as a whole.
The essay should be 3-4 pages long, double-spaced, 1 inch margins, in MLA style. In addition, you should provide the section of text you are analyzing. There is no need to use secondary criticism.
It is due on the the last day of class (April 14).
I suggest you do use the FHIS learning center if you are not confident in your Spanish.
But most importantly, I am looking here for a close reading or careful understanding of the detail (individual words, phrases, sentences, scenes) and its relationship to (how it reflects and contributes to) the meaning of the work of which it is a part.
